Archiprix S.E.A 2012

Archiving.SG

Archiving.SG seeks to document Singapore’s visual culture through a stream of snapshots contributed by the public. The images sent in will eventually be curated into the Singapore Visual Archive, a resource to understand the city and its people through the graphic materials it produces and consumes.

Terrain developed the overall front-end visual identity and typography while the back-end programming and development was handled by Yin Shanyang.

Division of Industrial Design Posters

NUS Division of Industrial Design

The new NUS Division of Industrial Design (DID) posters just came back from the printers. We were commissioned by DID to design a unique promotional booklet that could be used at the Open House event for students to learn more about the industrial design programme.

More information (and photographs) from the project here.

NUS DID Posters 2012

A promotional brochure that folds out into an A2 poster designed for The National University of Singapore’s Division of Industrial Design programme.

The brochure utilises a unique folding structure as an integrated means of organising the amount of information that was required to be fitted within the brochure. Printed on 150gsm Woodfree paper using four process colours and two spot colours (Pantone Pastel Yellow and Metallic Silver), the A2 double-sided poster can be folded down into an A5-sized booklet that reveals part of the main photographic image.

New identity: Bliv

New identity for bliv

We recently developed a new identity for Malaysian children’s furniture brand Bliv in collaboration with Stuck, who brought in their brand strategy and research for the particular market and brand.

More information and developmental sketches from the project here.

Bliv

We were commissioned by Stuck to develop a new visual identity for a Malaysian brand that specialised in children’s furniture and clothing made from bamboo. Together with Stuck’s research on the brand strategy and positioning we were able to provide Bliv with differentiation from its local competitors while at the same time creating an identity that is both soft and honest.

New identity for bliv

Mood-boards
Our design approach consisted of creating a series of mood-boards that would define the essence, emotion and overall visual language of the brand:

Air, Breathable, Transparency
